What we hold
- Your name, email address and, if you give it, a phone number.
- The photographs, films and audio recordings captured at your event.
- Records of invitations, sign-ins, views and downloads for security purposes.
Why we hold it
To deliver the media you have commissioned (performance of our contract with you) and to keep that delivery secure and accountable (our legitimate interest in preventing unauthorised access). Where images include identifiable guests, we rely on your instruction as the event organiser and delete on request.
Who can see it
Only you and the contacts you have asked us to add. Galleries are private by default: they are not listed, not searchable and not shared with other clients. Our staff can access your event only to prepare and deliver it, and that access is recorded.
How long we keep it
Each event has a retention period and an access expiry date, which we confirm with you. When media is deleted permanently, the underlying stored file is removed, not merely hidden.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your gallery. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie banner is required.
